ECOLUB INFORMATION :

In the wake of the pandemic crisis which has affected everyone without exception, Sogilub was forced to apply under Chapter 2.2.2, paragraph 7 of the licence, an extraordinary mid-term review of the value of the financial provision, which would ensure the continued operation of SIGOU.

Under the terms of paragraph 10 of Chapter 2.2.2 of Sogilub's license, the amounts of the financial provision approved are fixed by Joint Order of the Secretary of State for Trade, Services and Consumer Protection and the Secretary of State for the Environment.

Thus, we hereby inform you of the publication of Order no. 7569/2020, of 31 July, which determines the following:

1 - The financial contribution shall be EUR 120 per tonne of new oils placed on the market;

2 - This order shall take effect on 1 August 2020.
